Adrian Birtwell is an experienced singer-songwriter and performer. He created Straw Hat Studios to give artists like him a place to rehearse, record and refine their talents in the heart of Totnes. Uniquely, Adrian brings his skills as a former mentor for business start-ups to the Straw Hat Studios offer. This means, for less experienced artists, he can act as an adviser, coach and mentor… helping them to move from novice to accomplished performer with his characteristic blend of encouragement, warmth and gentle humour. Alongside providing a place to rehearse and record, Adrian can help you to become performance-ready, as well as creating opportunities for you to perform in front of a live audience.
He works with singers, bands, musicians and spoken word performers. Adrian is particularly keen to encourage young talent and innovators and invites you to contact him to discuss your performance ideas.
